We work out the problem and define the change being aimed at — who does the job today, and what that asks of the data and of AI. Out of this comes a documented plan for the next step — or a recommendation not to take it.
02Prototype
We build the core that proves the change: real data, real environment, real users, a tighter scope. By the end you know whether the idea holds, before more money is committed to it.
03Production
Deployment, monitoring, and the work it takes for the new way to replace the old one in people's working days. The tools have to be firmly in your team's hands before we call it finished.
With us you only commit to the step that moves your situation forward. The first is often an engagement of its own. After it you can go on with whoever you like.
